Restriction on email function

  • Restriction of email exchange between users under 18 years old and users over 18 years old

Exclusion from search results

  • Exclusion of users under 18 years old from the search results requested by users over 18 years old

Restriction of link request

  • Restriction of communication when a user wishes to send a friend request to a user under 18 years old allowing him/her to use only message templates

GREE regulates users' mini-mail exchange by age as follows:

Mini-mail Restriction Rule

Under 13 years old No mini-mail function is provided.
13 years old Mini-mail can be exchanged with someone who is 13 to 15 years old.
14 years old Mini-mail can be exchanged with someone who is 13 – 16 years old.
15 years old Mini-mail can be exchanged with someone who is 13 – 17 years old.
16 years old Mini-mail can be exchanged with someone who is 14 – 18 years old.
17 years old Mini-mail can be exchanged with someone who is 15 – 19 years old.
Over 18 years old Mini-mail can be exchanged with someone who is over 18 years old.
