GREE to Establish a Subsidiary in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Expanding Collaboration and Development Support in the Middle East and Surrounding Regions -

TOKYO, Japan - November 11, 2011 - GREE today announced that it will establish a subsidiary in Dubai, of the United Arab Emirates. The subsidiary in Dubai will further GREE's expansion and support into the Middle East and surrounding regions.
GREE has been actively expanding globally as the smartphone market continues its rapid growth worldwide. With a focus on strengthening business collaborations and better supporting local game developers, GREE recently opened a North American subsidiary and announced additional offices opening in China, Korea, Singapore, England, Netherlands and Brazil.
In addition to their global growth and following their acquisition of OpenFeint in April 2011, GREE also plans to launch a new platform by mid-2012. The new platform will provide a global social gaming experience and more robust features for players and developers. It will be the largest global platform for both Android™ and iOS smartphone operating systems.
