GREE's ‘Batman & The Flash: Hero Run’ Races Past Two Million Downloads in 20 Days of Global Release- Action-Packed Endless Runner Coming Soon to Amazon -
GREE today announced that Batman & The Flash: Hero Run, its free-to-play mobile game for iPhone, iPad, iPod touch and Android devices licensed by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, surpassed two million downloads in 20 days of its May 23, 2014 global release.*
Combining the fast-paced fun of endless runners with the strategy of RPG and card collection, Batman & The Flash: Hero Run offers DC Comics fans a chance to play as and against some of their favorite heroes and most hated villains. Players jump into the role of Batman in Gotham City or The Flash in Gorilla City as they collect coins and duck and dodge armies of twisted clown thugs or hostile gorillas. Gamers will have to equip themselves with high-tech weapons and gadgets, such as the never-before-seen Batman Wing Armor, to stay ahead of their enemies as they maneuver their way through crime-ridden city streets. Players will also be able to collect various character cards that can be fused and upgraded to unlock new and unique powers and abilities for their favorite character. The game also gives fans the chance to play as some of the DC Comics universe’s most evil foes including The Joker, Catwoman, and Gorilla Grodd.
Batman & The Flash: Hero Run includes social features like global leaderboards and Facebook integration, allowing players from around the world to compete with each other and brag about their achievements. GREE is considering releasing one or more localized versions of Batman & The Flash: Hero Run in additional markets and the game is scheduled for release on Amazon soon.
