GREE to Open Offices in Beijing, Singapore and London This Spring- Strengthening Collaboration with Developers in China, Southeast Asia and Europe -

TOKYO, Japan - March 23, 2011 - GREE, Inc. today announced that it will open three new overseas operations in Beijing, Singapore and London. The purpose of these openings is to promote smooth development and collaboration with GREE partners, such as social application providers, in China, Southeast Asia and Europe. The plan is to complete the registration of these representative offices by the end of this financial year.*

GREE established its US subsidiary, GREE international, in January 2011. Additionally, it reached an agreement with Tencent, a major Internet service company in China, to mutually supply social apps, and has been preparing for the provision of these services in the global market. To further accelerate its overseas development, GREE has also invested in Project Goth, which operates "mig33," a mobile SNS with approximately 40 million members, mainly in emerging markets, such as Southeast Asia.

GREE aims to provide a leading community service utilized by a wide variety of users around the world by pursuing ongoing collaborations with established partners, both in Japan and overseas.
