Dividend Policy

The GREE Group recognizes shareholder return as an important management responsibility. Our basic policy is to provide an appropriate return to our shareholders based on our business performance and financial position and outlook, while taking into account the internal reserves necessary to ensure the efficiency and growth of the business.

Based on this policy, we pay dividends at a consolidated dividend payout ratio of 30% or higher while maintaining a DOE (dividend on equity) ratio of around 3%. However, we set a maximum consolidated dividend payout ratio of 70%.
